Fitness Program Account Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Fitness Program Account Specialist to join the Healthy Contributions team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for fitness facility partners enrolled in our fitness and wellness programs. The Fitness Program Account Specialist will onboard all incoming fitness facility partners to the fitness incentive program as specified by business client to expand the partner network. You will support technical queries enabling them to successfully configure, manage, and complete monthly usage and portal setup. Additionally, you will support the facility managers by providing technical portal support to enhance their overall portal and service experience, through strong portal and application knowledge. This position requires a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a strong program management orientation.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

  • Manage and process any new applications for facilities in the assigned territory to join the expansive Healthy Contributions network comprised of nearly 20,000 locations
  • Onboard facility managers in the setup and configuration of the portal and reporting features within the Healthy Contributions dashboard.
  • Meets regularly with assigned client accounts to understand any issues and implement effective solutions to address identified issues, or directing people to the appropriate source for further information.
  • Ensures that facility managers and account counterparts are consistently satisfied with the organization's product and services, and resolves escalated issues. Evaluates the client's needs and proposes potential solutions.
  • Manage and support facility managers during our peak time of monthly usage submission between the 1st-5th of each month.
  • Serves as a single point of contact for the facility managers in specified territory
  • Identifies and escalates cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Provide and lead educational tutorials and webinars on the portals capabilities and functionality to facility managers
  • Complete data analysis and report synthesizing at the request of the partner on an as needed basis
  • Ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets for proper upload support for facility partners
  • Become an internal expert in all the program details and insurance providers for the fitness programs we process for
  • Be able to translate all program details and conduct virtual training sessions with facility partners to ensure proper onboarding
  • Continuous collaboration with account counterpart to establish future goals and discuss program updates from the previous week

  • Experience with client lifecycle management or partner onboarding

Background:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in the following: fitness industry, business industry, or franchising,
  • Experience in technical support, account management, and client onboarding
  • Results driven
  • Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter

Salary: $23.58 per hour
